What are the rental options and rates?
- For events, we offer half-days and full days. Pricing varies based the day of the week
- For photo and video shoots, we offer an hourly rental starting at $75 per hour
How do I arrange a tour?
- Tours are available by appointment Monday – Friday

What dates are available?
- Our calendar is updated frequently as dates book up. Please contact us via email, events@thelarkjax.com, or via phone 904.329.1992 to check availability
What do I need to reserve a date?
- To reserve your preferred date, we need a signed contract, house rules, and a 25% retainer of the total venue rental fees. Reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis
Do you have tables and chairs for rent?
- We do! Contact us for details on our inventory
What type of parking is available?
There are several options for parking:
- There is plenty of street parking at or near The Lark, which is free after 6pm and on weekends!
- There are also numerous garage options including the Ed Ball Building garage directly across the street (access on Monroe), and the library garage across the park (access on Duval)
- If valet is your preferred option, we have several companies that we could recommend
Are there any vendor restrictions? What do vendors need?
- You are free to work with any vendor you wish, as long as they are licensed and can provide proof of insurance
Are candles allowed?
- Yes! All open flames are required to be contained within votives, hurricanes, or lanterns. Exposed flames, such as long taper candles, are not permitted
What kind of facilities are available for catering?
- We have a nice sized catering kitchen with a dual basin sink, commercial refrigerator, freezer chest, hot box and large stainless steel prep tables
Is there any outdoor space available?
- Yes! The patio directly in front of The Lark, which features charming string lights overhead and around the trees, is available for guests to use as a part of your event
